Jason Reitz is so good, he actually sold our condo twice in one week! Our condo sat on the market for a few months with no real interest to speak of. When we were introduced to Jason, he offered to come to our home and help us with a new plan of action. We simply followed his instruction, made some minor recommended updates, and when we put the condo back on the market we received a full price offer the very first day! Unfortunately, that fell through, but Jason’s spirits, positive attitude, and perspective kept our hopes high, and by the end of the week, we had another full price offer in hand. At the same time, Jason was busy finding us a new home as well. Through his determination, tenacity, care, and deep knowledge of the Los Angeles real estate market, Jason found our new home and negotiated a price well under asking. But the relation does not stop at closing. Jason’s vast network of electricians, to contractors, to painters, to the best pizza in the neighborhood, Jason continues to be our go to guy for creating a home out of a house for our family. And perhaps most importantly of all, Jason lives his life and conducts business, with kindness, strength, respect, honesty, and a wonderful sense of humor. He is our real estate standard.
